Youth of Mexico Influenced by Ancestors

I've been reading alot about Tribal Guarachero lately. It's a genre of music that came into the blog-sphere ten around years ago. My first knowledge of it was Untold's Anaconda (Tribal Guarachero Mix) and to be honest, I didn't even know this was a scene that existed. I just knew that this one song existed because I was introduced to it by this studio that I was interning with at the time.

The reason I'm fascinated about it is because it's somewhat in the musical direction of what I'm working towards. I'm trying to fuse my cultural heritage music of Goan/Portugese/Indian/East-African vibes, along with what's happening in London's clubbing world, and similarly, these young kids have bought to the clubs music that was inspired by their ancestors.

What's also hitting me is that no new idea is actually new.
